The Prosper City Council met in regular session, October
11, 1963 at 7:00 p.m. in the city office with all members present.
The meeting was called to order and the minutes of the
previous meeting were read and approved.
The Council reviewed the financial report and expenditures
for September.
John Johnson made a motion to accept the budget for 1963-84
as presented; Doyce Stanton seconded and motion carried unanimously.
Doyce Stanton made a motion to accept Danny Webb's resignation;
Cecil Norris seconded and motion carried unanimously.
The City Engineers made a presentation to the Council on the
sub -division ordinance, and water and sewer maps. Doyce Stanton
made a motion to have the engineers update the existing sewer map;
Johnny Johnson seconded and motion carried.
Doyce Stanton made a motion to appoint Cecil Norris as Mayor
Pro Tem; John Christie seconded and motion carried unanimously.
Cecil Norris made a motion to adjourn; John Christie seconded
and motion carried unanimously.
