The Town Council of Prosper, Texas, met in regular session
April 12, 1983 in the City Office at 7:00p.m. All members
were present. Also, in attendance were: Allen Horan,
V.C. Spradley and Steve Bell.
Mayor Ralph Boyer called _ meeting to order
Minutesfor the minutes to be read. were read and approved.
The Mayor and Aldermen canvassed the election of April 2, 1983.
Motion by Doyce Stanton and second by Cecil Norris to sign �
the Order Declaring Results of Casty Officers' Election. (j
The Oath of Office was administered to the newly elected
officials; John Cockrell, Mayor, John Christie, Alderman, 4.

Place 1, Danny Webb, Alderman, Place 2 and Doyce Stanton/

Before the meeting was turned over to the newly
Motion by Danny Webb, second by Cecil Norris to contact 0)
the City Attorney, Bill Gant, for the purpose of being 4
released from our contract with Mays Hart & Company I A/
in reference to delinquent taxes. Motion carried. (�
