Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
1.Comments from Citizens. *
2.Consider and act on approval of Minutes from July 28, 2025, board meeting.
3.Consider and act on approval of PEDC Financial Report for the month of July 2025.
Take any additional action necessary.
4.Consider and act on approval of the FY2025-2026 PEDC Operating Budget.
5.Consider and act on approval of the FY 2025 Budget Amendment to the Land Acquisitions line item.
6.New Businesses Update.
7.Confirm or change the board meeting scheduled for Monday, September 15, 2025.
8.Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et seq. Texas Government Code, as authorized by the
Texas Open Meetings Act, to deliberate regarding:
•Section 551.087 – To discuss and consider economic development negotiations to deliberate commercial and
financial information and economic incentives related thereto.
•Section 551.072 – To discuss and consider purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property for municipal
purposes and all matters incident and related thereto.
•Section 551.074 – To discuss and consider personnel matters and all matters incident and related thereto.
•Section 551.074 – To discuss and consider personnel matters related to the executive director and all matters
incident and related thereto.
9.Reconvene into Open Session and Take any action necessary as a result of Closed Session Deliberations.
10.Adjourn.

meeting begins. Pursuant to Section 551.007 of the Texas Government Code, individuals wishing to address the Prosper Economic Development Board for items listed
as public hearings will be recognized when the public hearing is opened. For individuals wishing to speak on a non-public hearing item, they may either address the
Prosper Economic Development Board during the Citizen Comments portion of the meeting or when the item is considered by the Prosper Economic Development Board.
