Discussion with TiItaris,, l tart larti and. Crai $cott: Pioneer Concrete and Lattimore Concrete will be annexed into city of Prosper. After annexation, Pioneer Concrete will donate their existing water well to the city of Prosper. Lattimore will run a 12" water line from the immediate west side of the railroad hack on CR3, up to CR 27. The line will then run South down CR 27 to the Pioneer and Lattimore Concrete facilities. The City of Prosper will rebate boat Pioneer and Lattimore Concrete $1000.00 per month on water usage. The actual construction costs will be evaluated for the water well and the water line. Based on these figures, the city will then decide the amount of rebates to be given to Pioneer Concrete and Lattimore Concrete. The water bill rebates will be equalized between Pioneer and Lattimore so that each company receives the same valuation of rebate. Full impact fees will be charged to each property owner who ties on to the new water line. No rebates or discounts will be given to property owners who tie on to the line. J 1 1`lll*F1tNLEY t.
