WAS ACCEPTABLE TO LATTIMORE AND IS CONTINGENT UPON PIONEER'S ANNEXATION.

NOT EXPRESS INTEREST IN ANNEXATION, BUT WILL DISCUSS SOME ISSUES WITH THE
CITY ENGINEER,

DRIVE FOR MINI SELF-STORAGES- MANY CITIZENS WERE PRESENT AND STRONGLY
OPPOSED THE CONSTRUCTION OF MINI SELF-STORAGES. THE COUNCIL EXPLAINED THAT
THE FACILITY, WHICH WOULD BE COMMERCIAL, DOES NOT FALL IN THE PLAN FOR LAND
USE IN THE AREA, THE COUNCIL ASKED THE PROPERTY OWNER IF THE LAND COULD
POSSIBLY BE USED FOR RESIDENTIAL DVELOPMENT, AS OPPOS ~ T') COMMERCIAL,
