Those Present: Steve Coffman, Jim Dunmire, Larry Tracey, Michael Perry, and Charles Niswanger,
Janet Phillips was absent.
Call to order: Mayor Coffman called the meeting to order.

Motion carried.

58 lots with 15,000 square foot minimums. Name of subdivision will be Steeplechase Lake of Prosper.
Will have approx. 3 acres around lake for common area including walkways, fishing, tables, benches,
pier, and windmill for irrigation. Co -Sere will do lighting around lake. Has not decided on builders.
I- story homes will have minimum of 2,800 sq. ft. and 2 -story homes will have minimum of 3,200 sq.
ft, Lots will sale for $75,000 to $80,000 each, if sold to individuals. Would like to be under
construction by 8-15-00. City wants sidewalks installed by builders. Gated community.
Tim Morris is ok with all researched issues except roads going to surrounding communities. They are
asking for a variance. Council and Mayor wants 7 lots under 15,000 sq. ft. replatted to 6 lots of 15,000
sq. ft. and drawings of common areas. Tim asked the owners to do engineering on water fine and cost,
would be applied against water impact fees.
A workshop will be held on Tuesday, July 18, 2000 to further discuss the issues.
Motion by Jim Dunmire and seconded by Larry Tracey to accept the annexation petition. Motion
carried.

Adjourn: Motion by Jim Dunmire and seconded by Larry Tracey to adjourn. Motion carried,
Ronnie Tucker, Fire Chief, reported 7 fires related to fireworks. One fireman was overcome by heat
exhaustion. Several thousand dollars in damage occurred to re e(luipment,
