Those Present: Mayor Coffman, Jim Dunmire, Larry Tracey, Janet Phillips, Michael Perry, and Charles Niswanger. Call to order: Mayor Coffman called the meeting to order. Consent Items: Motion by Jim Dunmire and seconded by Larry Tracey to approve consent items. Motion carried. Comments from citizens: Gene Mullendore thanked the Council and employees for repairing the street in front of her driveway. No other comments. Radcan Herron, Tax A/C. Report: Radean was not present but submitted her report. Motion by Charles Niswanger and seconded by Larry Tracey to approve the report. Motion carried. Phil offered $30,000 for road impact fees (per lot basis). Council agreed for now.
