Tracey were absent.
Call to order: Mayor Pro -Tem, Jim Dunmire, called the meeting to order.
Action on adoption of Resolution No. 00-08 supporting the ON of Arlington holding the 2012
Summer Dlvmvics: Motion by Charles Niswanger to adopt the Resolution. Motion carried.
Action on approval of payment to Cole & Smithen for Sewer Plant: Motion by Janet Phillips and
seconded by Charles Niswanger to approve payment. Motion carried.
Action on purchasing URL for City: Tabled.
Worksh ittl. wS�eve Fol'son� on !'.,a f"in�a: Mr. Folsom, and members from the Shelton Group were
present and gave an overview of the development. The Concept plan includes three lot types ranging
from 7200 sq. ft. lots, 8400 sq. ft. lots, and 10,000 sq. ft. lots. There is open space that totals 75 acres.
The home sizes would range from 1,600 sq. ft. to 3,500 sq. ft. 1230 total residential lots. A 73 -acre
multi -family tract was included, along with three commercial tracts and a town center.
The council told the Shelton Group that the lot sizes should be increased at least to 10,000 sq. ft.
minimums and the multi -family acreage needs to be cut in half. The streets would also have to be
approved by the Fire Department to ensure EMS Services.
No Action was taken.
Discussion oil drainage of ball -fields: Charles Niswanger reported to the council on the drainage issue
and the research that he has conducted. Motion by Charles Niswanger and seconded by Janet Phillips
to approve funding for the drainage problem to be corrected at an approximate cost of $4,740.00 with a
15% variance on costs. Motion carried.
Judy_Rucker-update on grants for Police Department: Mrs. Rucker was present and gave a brief
description on the status of the grant. Judy will report back to the council at the Regular scheduled
meeting in March. Motion by Janet Phillips and seconded by Charles Niswanger to allow Mrs. Rucker
to proceed with the grant. Motion carried.

Bill Little was present and discussed the above issues with the council. No action was taken.
