Those Present: Mayor Coffman, Jim Dunmire, Charles Niswanger, Larry Tracey, Janet Phillips
and Michael Perry
Call to order: Mayor Coffman called the meeting to order.
First Public Hearina, La Cima. 457.559 Acres: No comments from audience. Public Hearing
was dosed at 7:05 p.m.

Consent Items: Motion by Larry Tracey and seconded by Jim Dunmire to approve consent
items. Motion carried.
Comments from Citizens: Discussion on parking in Northchase Estates.
Blackard Properties pulled their annexation request from agenda.
Radean Herron, Tax A/C ,—Rgpgrt: Radean was present and gave her report. Motion by Janet
Phillips and seconded by Larry Tracey to approve the report as presented. Motion carried.
Ronnie Tucker. Fire Chief. RepQrrj: Ronnie was present and gave his report. Rescue tools
are on order. 2 people in Paramedic / EMT school. 45 emergency runs to date.

Action on aooroval of E.D.C. Budget for 2001 -No action was taken.
Action on aooroval of QW—o presented y E.D.C. — Motion by Michael Perry and
seconded by Janet Phillips to adopt the "P" with sunrays and star in center as official City
Logo. Motion carried.
Policies for exoenditures-No action taken.
Action on the City of Prosoer holding a General Ctv Election in May. 2001: Motion by Larry
Tracey and seconded by Janet Phillips to hold a May, 2001 General City Election. Motion
carried.
_Consideration and oossible action on passino ordinarlce to uodate T.M.R.S. benefits: Tabled
for review by Michael Perry.
Action on agoroval of 12" water des�on for Gentle Creek Estates: Removed from agenda.
Tom Mitcham -Discussion on zoning of orooerty located on E. Third Street: Mr. Mitcham was
present and gave a brief description of his plans for the property. Wants to build a 4-plex-
retirement facility for ages 55 and older. Council was in general agreement that they did not
want any more multi -family facilities in the City Limits of Prosper, other that what has already
been approved to date.

executive session at 8:30 p.m.
No action was taken as a result of the session.
