Lisa Dritschler asked if Ronnie Tucker could provide a breakdown on his monthly report of calls responded to and Ronnie said yes.
She also asked for a report for the Economic Development Corporation. Michael Perry asked if we could begin to get reports on
committees each month since they had been missing lately. He also asked if the EDC was still meeting.
Doug said they are still meeting, and he could extract some of the information from their reports and submit it to them. He added that
the primary focus for the EDC lately had been the master plan, and the information regarding it was in the Administration report.
Lisa Dritschler asked what the goals of the EDC are now that' the Master plan has almost reached completion. Doug Mousel stated
that once the master plan is completed, they will begin to focus on additional development opportunities. MESA is still working on the
narrative of the master plan, and a lot of the functions that MESA was going to do are now being in -housed because there are two
planners that can do the work.
Mayor Charles Niswanger also stated that Amy is doing a good job, as well as Rachel to keep the accounting and book keeping on
track.
