1. Call to Order / Roll Call.

Council Members present: Mayor Charles Niswanger, Mayor Pro -Tem Michael Perry, Karie Dalton and Lisa Dritschler. Russell
Kaker was not present.
2. Recess Into executive session in compliance with Texas Government Code Section 551,074ia.1(1.) to deliberate the
evaluation of the Town Administrator, Town Secretary, Utility Billin- Clerk{ Accounting Clerk, PlanningiEDC Director,
Fire Chief, FirefiqhteriParamedics. Police Chief, Police Captain, Police Officers, Court Clerk, Public works Director,
Building Insp�ectorlCode Enforcer and all Public Works Bmployeps.
Motioned by Ane Casady and seconded by Lisa Dritschler to recess into executive session. Motion carried. Vote 4 to 0.
Mayor Niswanger recessed into executive session at 7:41 pm.
3. Reconvene into Regular Session to consider and take any necessary action as a result of the Executive Session.
Mayor Niswanger adjourned out of executive session and reconvened into regular session at 10:23pm.
Motioned by Michael Perry and seconded by Karie Dalton to table action necessary as a result of the executive session. Lisa
Dritschler and Ane Casady opposed. Vote 2 to 2. Mayor Niswanger broke the tie and voted in favor of tabling the item. Motion
carried. Vote 3 to 2.
Mayor Niswanger announced that Council would schedule a meeting to revisit this issue on Tuesday, August 12, 2003, at
6:30nm.
44Adiourn.
Motioned by Lisa Dritschler and seconded by Ane Casady to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. Vote 4 to 0.
Mayor Niswanger adjourned the meeting at 10:25pm.
