1. Call to QrOarlRofl Call. Mayor Dunmire called the meeting to order. Councilmen present: Mayor Jim Dunmire, Larry
Tracey, Charles Niswanger and Russell Kaker. Mayor Pro -Tem Jeff Walker and Councilman Michael Perry were not present.
Also present: Town Administrator Jennifer Finley and Police Qhief Kirk McFadin.

a new Towr3, Nall Facility. Council discussed several options for a temporary town hall facility at SH289 and FM1193
(Prosper Town Center Property), including a lease -purchase option. Tom Clark, John Harris and Charles Hodges, Prosper
Town Center representatives, were present for the discussion.
Darin Riggs, local business -owner, asked several questions regarding a permanent location for a town hall facility as related to
the Master Plan.
Council felt an architect would be needed to perform programming for a town hall facility. Programming would include the
identification of needs and the square footage required to meet those needs. They agreed to have the architect meet with
Kathy Seel, consultant, regarding staffing needs and projections.
Motioned by Larry Tracey and seconded by Russell Kaker to instruct Town Administrator Jennifer Finley to locate an architect
to begin the programming needs for a town hall facility, Motion carried. Vote 3 to 0.
gisgulon rg9aWing gossible future Police Facilitiggi, Council met with Police Chief Kirk McFadin to discuss the
immediate and long-term needs for a police facility. They agreed to tie the discussion on the police facility to the programming
on the town hall facility. Town Administrator Jennifer Finley agreed to schedule a meeting with Architect Kent Spurgin to
discuss programming and develop a plan for a police facility. No action taken.
