1. Call to Order 1 Roll Call.
Meeting was called to order at 6:07 p.m.
Roll call was taken by the Town Administrator
Council present included: Mayor Pro -Tem Lisa Dritschler, Ane Casady, Kevin Drown, Mike Wadsworth and David Bristol. Mayor Charles
Niswanger arrived at 6:10 p.m.
Staff present included: Town Administrator, Doug Mouse[
2. Consider and act upon a resolution initiating a public hearing on the Town of Prosper FY 20,04 Budget and the Prosper
Economic Development Corporation FY 2004 Budget.
Town Administrator, Doug Mouse[, provided a brief description of the agenda item. Motioned by Mike Wadsworth, seconded by Kevin
Drown to approve a resolution initiating a public hearing on the Town of Prosper FY 2004 Budget and the Prosper Economic Development
Corporation FY 2004 Budget, subject to staff recommendations. Motion approved 4-0. Mayor Pro -Tem Lisa Dritschler did not vote due to

Consider and act upon a resolution adopting the FY 2004 certified appraisal roll.

4. Consider and act upon a proposed tax rate and take a record vote.
Town Administrator, Doug Mousel, provided a brief description of the agenda item. Motioned by Mike Wadsworth, seconded by Kevin
Drown to act upon a proposed tax rate of 4.4797 and take a record vote. Motion approved 5-0.
5. Consider and act upon a resolution initiating a public hearing on the Town of Prosper tax rate.
Town Administrator, Doug Mousel, provided a brief description of the agenda item. Motioned by Mike Wadsworth, seconded by Lisa
Dr tschler to approve a resolution initiating a public hearing on the Town of Prosper tax rate. Motion approved 5-0.
