1. Call to Order / Roll Call.
Meeting was called to order at 6:06 p.m.

Special Called Meeting of the Prosper Town Council

Prosper First Baptist Church Children's Building (S. Wing)
Tuesday, May 17, 2005 at 6:00 p.m.
Council present included: Mayor Charles Niswanger, Mayor Pro -Tem Lisa Dritschler, Mike Wadsworth, and David Bristol.
Ane Casady and Kevin Drown were absent.
Staff present included: Town Administrator, Doug Mousel and Town Secretary, Shanae Jennings.
2. Consider and act upon an ordinance to receive and accept as true and correct the Canvassed voting results
for the General Election held on May 7, 2005 as presented by the Town Secretary and hereby declare the results of
the election to be as set forth in Ordinance No. 05.23 and that said ordinance should be adopted. (SJ)
Motioned by Mike Wadsworth, seconded by David Bristol to approve an ordinance to receive and accept as true and correct
the Canvassed voting results for the General Election held on May 7, 2005 as presented by the Town Secretary and hereby
declare the results of the election to be as set forth in Ordinance No. 05-23 and that said ordinance should be adopted.
Motion approved 3-0.
3. Administer Statement of Elected Officer to Elected Council Members (SJ)
Town Secretary Shanae Jennings administered the Statement of Elected Officer to the elected Council members: Mayor,
Charles Niswanger; Place 1, Dave Turley; and Place 2, Lisa Dritschler.
4. Administer the Oath of Office to Elected Council Members (SJ)
Town Secretary Shanae Jennings administered the Oath of Office to the elected Council members: Mayor, Chanes
Niswanger; Place 1, Dave Turley; and Place 2, Lisa Dritschler.
5. Issuance of Certificate of Election to Elected Council Members (SJ)
Town Secretary Shanae Jennings presented the Certificate of Election to the elected Council members: Mayor, Charles
Niswanger; Place 1, Dave Turley; and Place 2, Lisa Dritschler.
6. Adjourn
Motioned by David Bristol, seconded by Mike Wadsworth to adjourn. Motion approved 4-0. The meeting was adjourned at
6:19 p.m.
