Council members present included: Mayor Charles Niswanger, Mayor Pro -Tem Lisa Dritschler, Ane Casady, Kevin Drown, Mike
Wadsworth, and David Bristol.
Staff present included: Town Administrator, Doug Mousel and Town Secretary, Shanae Jennings.
The Attorney representing the Town in the below held matter, Art Rodriguez, was also present.
2. Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. Seq. Texas Government Code, to wit, Section 551.071
-- Consultation with the Town's attorney regarding SOAH Docket Nos. 582-03-1994; TCEQ Docket Nos. 2002.1250-UCR,
Application of the Town of Prosper to Amend Sewer Certificate of Convenience and Necessity No. 20888 in Denton County,
Application No. 34WC
Council convened into executive session at 6:10 p.m.
-1. Reconvene into regular session and take any action necessary as a result of the closed session.
Council reconvened from executive session at 8:00 p.m. No action was necessary as a result of the executive session.
4. Adjourn
Motioned by Ane Casady, seconded by Mayor Pro -Tem Lisa Dritschler to adjourn the meeting. The meeting was adjourned at 8:00
p.m.
