Call to Order / Roll Call The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. MINUTES Regular Meeting of the Prosper Planning & Zoning Commission Prosper Town Hall Council Chambers 200 S. Main Street, Prosper, Texas Tuesday, August 21, 2018, 6:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Chairman John Alzner, Vice Chairman Bobby Atteberry, Secretary Brandon Daniel, Charles Cotten, Marcus Ray, Amy Bartley, and Sarah Peterson Staff present: Alex Glushko, Planning Manager; Scott Ingalls, Senior Planner; and Pamela Clark, Planning/GIS Specialist 2. Recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance. 3. CONSENT AGENDA 3a. Consider and act upon minutes from the August 7, 2018, Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. 3b. Consider and act upon a Conveyance Plat for the Victory at Frontier, Block A, Lots 1-3, on 28.3± acres, located on the southwest corner of Frontier Parkway and Preston Road. The property is zoned Planned Development -10 (PD -10). (D17-0078). 3c. Consider and act upon a Preliminary Site Plan for a retail/restaurant development (Victory Shops at Frontier), on 28.3± acres, located on the southwest corner of Frontier Parkway and Preston Road. The property is zoned Planned Development - 10 (PD -10). (D18-0003). 3d. Consider and act upon a Site Plan for a multi -tenant retail/restaurant building, on 2.5± acres, located on the west side of Preston Road, south of Frontier Parkway. The property is zoned Planned Development -10 (PD -10). (D17-0079). 3e. Consider and act upon a Final Plat for Victory at Frontier, Block A, Lot 1, on 2.5± acres, located on the east side of Preston Road south of Frontier Parkway. The property is zoned Planned Development -10 (PD -10). (D17-0080). 3f. Consider and act upon a Preliminary Site Plan for a medical facility (Cook Children's Medical Center), on 23.7± acres, located on the northeast corner of US 380 and Windsong Parkway. The property is zoned Planned Development -91 (PD -91). (D18- 0054). 3g. Consider and act upon a Final Plat for La Cima Crossing, Block B, Lot 1, on 2.1± acres, located on the west side of La Cima Boulevard, north of Richland Boulevard The property is zoned Planned Development -2 (PD -2). (D18-0067). Motioned by Atteberry, seconded by Cotten, to approve the Consent Agenda, subject to Town staff recommendations. Motion approved 7-0. Prosper Planning & Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes of August 21, 2018 REGULAR AGENDA 4. Review actions taken by the Town Council and possibly direct Town Staff to schedule topic(s) for discussion at a future meeting. Glushko: Provided a summary of recent action taken by Town Council. Presented approved elevations for the Victory at Frontier Specific Use Permit (SUP) and Cook Children's Medical Center Planned Development (PD). Chairman Alzner announced his resignation from the Planning & Zoning Commission following the conclusion of the current term. 5. Adjourn. Motioned by Cotten, seconded by Atteberry, to adjourn.
