•Over the past 12 months, the Town spent approximately $100 per New
Resident Mixer attendee.
•These funds can be used to upgrade components of Celebrate Prosper
and give new and old residents an improved Town of Prosper
experience.

yesterday, June 12 @ 6:00pm.

•Fencing installation around the
sports courts is underway.
•Trail work continues as weather
allows.
•Irrigation system trenching is
underway.
•Project completion is anticipated
before the end of 2024.

executed.
•Grading of fields continues.
•Storm drainpipe and water line
installation still underway.
•Excavation for the detention ponds
will begin soon, as conditions dry.

•Pecan Grove Park – A powerful
storm felled trees and scattered
debris all around the park.
•Hays Park - Parks Operations
visited Hays Park to clean up the
trees and debris left by the
storm, turning the trees into
wood chips.
•Town Hall – Newly spread mulch
throughout Town Hall flower
beds.
❖Upgrades were completed at Town Hall, with new plants added
throughout the flower beds and planters.

•GMP #2 approved May 28
•CIP Subcommittee asked staff to identify funding outside of
project funds for Well System ($1.2M)
•Potential to use $1.9M from 2020 Bond Program
•Bond funding allocated for future trail construction
•All current trail projects have identified funding or are being
considered for grant funding.
•Remaining funds could be used with remaining contingency funds to
purchase bid alternate items.
•Will request additional funding for trails in next Bond Program
