Thursday, May 17, 2007 at 6:00 p.m.
1.Call to Order/Roll Call.
The meeting was called to order at 6:21 p.m.
Members present include: Loren Moulder, Jeff Stang, Amy Drown and Jan Brown.
Charity Gilson arrived at 6:35 pm.
Chris Copple and Hulon Webb were also in attendance.
2.Consider and act on approval of minutes from the February 15, 2007 regular meeting and the April 26,
2007 regular meeting.
Motion to approve the minutes was made by Jeff Stang and seconded by Loren Moulder. Motion approved 4-
0.
3.Consider and act on the Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Master Plan.
Changes were discussed and finalized. Motion made by Loren Moulder to approve the Master Plan subject to
changes made; seconded by Charity Gilson. Motion approved 5-0.
4.Discuss and possibly act on placing items on and settingalternate dates for future meetings.
Place soccer discussion on next agenda.
Next meeting May 31, 2007 at 6:00P.M.
5.Adjourn.

Jan Brown motioned to adjourn. Charity Gilson seconded the motion. The motion was approved 5-0. The
meeting was adjourned at 8:04 p.m.
