Emergency Meeting of the Prosper Town Council

Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. or immediately following
the Town Council's Regular Meeting
1. Call to Order /Roll Call.
2. In accordance with Section 551.045, Texas Government Code, the Town Council hereby provides
notice that it will conduct an emergency meeting based on a reasonably unforeseeable situation
which relates to the cost of publishing the required information relating to the upcoming Town
Charter Amendment Election in The Dallas Morning News. As such, the Town Council will
consider and act upon a Resolution amending Resolution No. 0640 to designate The ProsperPress
as the Official Newspaper of the Town of Prosper. (MEL)
6. Adjourn.

I, the undersigned authority, do hereby certify that this Notice of Meeting was posted on the inside window at the Town Hall of the Town of Prosper,
Texas, a place convenient and readily accessible to the general public at all times, and said Notice was posted by the following date and time:

Government Code at any point during the open meeting to discuss any item posted on this agenda. The Open Meetings Act provides specific

identified and announced. Any subsequent action, as a result of this Executive Session, will be taken and recorded in open session.
