Conduct a Public Hearing, and consider and act upon a request to rezone Planned Development-25 (PD-25) and Planned Development-39 (PD-39), on 1,364.1± acres, in order to divide PD-25 and PD-39 into new Planned Developments corresponding with current ownership, and allocating existing entitlements accordingly, located north of US 380, east of Coit Road, west of Custer Road, and north and south of First Street.
