1. Call to Order/Roll Call.
2. Approve the minutes from the November 14, 2007 Prosper EDC meeting.
3. Consider and act on financial statements of the Prosper EDC for the month ending 11-30-2007.
4. Receive staff updates, discuss and take any necessary action:
a. New office space
5. Recess into closed session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. Seq. Texas Government Code, to wit: Section
551.074, to discuss updates on projects.
6. Reconvene into regular session and take any action necessary as a result of the closed session.
7. Adjourn.
