Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
1. Comments from Citizens (The EDC may receive input from citizens only on topics that are not listed
on the agenda).
2. Approval of Minutes from the Regular Meeting on February 15, 2017.
3. Approval of PEDC Financial Report for the month of February 2017 and Take any Additional Action
Necessary.
4. Discussion and Approval of Recommendation to Amend the PEDC Bylaws.
5. Discussion and review of approved list of qualified broker/dealers and financial institutions
that are authorized to engage in investment transactions with the Town of Prosper and Prosper
Economic Development Corporation, as defined in the Town Investment Policy.
6. Discussion and Approval of Master Networks’ request to use the PEDC conference room for their
weekly one hour meetings.
7. Town of Prosper Report: Update on Various Activities and Projects by the Town.
8. Director’s Report: Administrative and Marketing Activities of the PEDC and Upcoming Events.
9. Confirm Next Regularly Scheduled PEDC Board Meeting on April 19, 2017.
10. Convene into Closed Executive Session Pursuant to Texas Government Code;
o Section 551.087; Deliberation of Economic Development Negotiations to deliberate Commercial and
Financial Information and Economic Incentives relating to the following:
o Retail Development
o Office & Corporate Development
o Section 551.074; Deliberation of Personnel Matters related to the following:
o Staffing of Prosper EDC office
11. Reconvene into Open Session and Take Any Action Necessary as a Result of Closed Session
Deliberations.
12. Adjourn
