Consider and act upon a final plat of Lakes of Prosper, Phase 2, being 133 single family residential lots on 47.9± acres located on Lake Trail Lane, north of Lakes of Prosper, Phase 1. The property is zoned Planned Development-8. (D07-12). d. Consider and act upon approval of the preliminary site plan of Prestonwood Baptist Church – North Campus, a church campus on 127.9± acres on the south s ide of Prosper Trail, 500± feet east of Dallas Parkway.
