a. Consider and act upon minutes from the following Planning & Zoning Commission meetings:
• February 20, 2007 Regular Meeting
b. Consider and act upon a final plat of Whitley Place, Phase 1, being 172 single family residential lots
on 113.1± acres located on the north side of First Street, 1,400± feet west of Custer Road. The
property is zoned Planned Development-9. (D07-3).
c. Consider and act upon a site plan and a final plat for Prosper Middle School No. 2, a school on 39.3±
acres on the northeast corner of Coit Road and Richland Boulevard. Zoning is Planned
Development-25. (D07-4).
d. Consider and act upon a final plat of Highland Woods, being 10 single family residential lots on 9.6±
acres located on the west side of Coit Road, 100± feet south of Frontier Parkway. The property is
zoned Single Family-15. (D07-5).

3. A public hearing to consider and act upon a request to rezone 16.1± acres at the southwest corner of
Dallas Parkway and West First Street from Agricultural (A) to Commercial Corridor (CC). (Z07-2).
4. Possibly direct Town Staff to schedule topic(s) for discussion at a future meeting.
5. Adjourn.
