3. A public hearing to consider and act upon a request to rezone 1.6± acres, located on the southwest
corner of First Street and Craig Road, from Downtown Single Family (DTSF) to Downtown Office
(DTO). (Z08-8).
4. Consider and act upon a request to rezone 202.6± acres, located on the northwest corner of U.S. 380
and Dallas Parkway, from Single Family-15 (SF-15) to Planned Development-Mixed Use (PD-M).
(Z07-16).
5. Possibly direct Town Staff to schedule topic(s) for discussion at a future meeting.
6. Adjourn.
