• August 18, 2009 Regular Meeting
3b. Consider and act upon a conveyance plat of Hunter Gateway Centre, Block A, Lot s 1 and 2, on
19.2± acres, located on the northeast corner of La Cima Boulevard and U.S. 380. The property is
zoned Planned Development-2 (PD-2). (D09-9).
3c. Consider and act upon a site plan and final plat of Hunter Gateway Centre, Block A, Lot 2, on
2.0± acres, located on the east side of La Cima Boulevard, 800± feet north of U.S. 380. The
property is zoned Planned Development-2 (PD-2). (D09-10).

4. A public hearing to consider and act upon a request to rezone 33.0± acres, located on the
northea st corner of Dallas Parkway and First Street, from Agricultural (A) to Retail (R). (Z09-6).
5. A public hearing to consider and act upon a request to rezone 1.7± acres, located on the southeast
corner of Fifth Street and McKinley Street, from Downtown Retail (DTR) to Downtown
Commercial (DTC). (Z09-10).
6. A public hearing to consider and act upon a request to rezone 5.9± acres, located on the west side
of Coleman Street, 500± feet north of Prosper Trail, from Agricultural (A) to Commercial (C).
(Z09-11).
7. Consider and act upon a letter from the Planning & Zoning Commission, recommending that the
Town Council direct Town staff to research and create a Multi family Green Building Program
and a Townhome Green Building Program.
8. Possibly direct Town Staff to schedule topic(s) for discussion at a future meeting.
