3a. Consider and act upon minutes from the following Planning & Zoning Commission meeting:
• November 3, 2009 Regular Meeting
3b. Consider and act upon a preliminary site plan of Don Brown Downtown Retail, on 2.5± acres,
located on the northeast corner of Broadway Street and McKinley Street. The property is
zoned Downtown Retail (DTR). (D09-17).

hearings will be recognized by the Chair. Those wishing to speak on a non-public hearing related item will be recognized on a case-by-case
basis, at the discretion of the Planning & Zoning Commission.)
4. A public hearing to consider and act upon a request to rezone 4.0± acres, located on the north side
of the Prairie Vista terminus, 600± feet west of Coleman Street (601 N. Coleman Street), from
Single Family-15 (SF-15) to Commercial (C). (Z09-15).
5. A public hearing to consider and act upon a request to rezone 11.8± acres, located on the
southeast corner of Frontier Parkway and Wesley Drive, from Agricultural (A) to Commercial
(C). (Z09-14).
6. Discuss topics related to the possible development of a Multifamily Green Building Program
and/or a Townhome Green Building Program.
7. Possibly direct Town Staff to schedule topic(s) for discussion at a future meeting.
8. Adjourn
