Consider and act upon a site plan and final plat of Prosper Plaza, Block A, Lot 8, on 1.3± acres, located on the north side of U.S. 380, 400± feet west of Custer Road. (Z09-5). 6. A public hearing to consider and act upon an amendment to Chapter 13 of the Subdivision Ordinance regarding park dedication requirements and park improvement fees. (SA09-1). 7. Discuss topics being evaluated by the Visioning Committee, possibly including, but not limited to, gateway enhancement, median landscaping, thoroughfare screening, and/or park signage. 8.
