Phase 2, on 35.3± acres, located on the southwest corner of Prosper Trail and Cook Lane. The
property is zoned Planned Development-33 (PD-33). (D10-0015).
4b. Consider and act upon a site plan for Prestonwood Baptist Church North Campus Temporary
Building, on 35.3± acres, located on the southwest corner of Prosper Trail and Cook Lane. The
property is zoned Planned Development-33 (PD-33). (D10-0016).
5. Possibly direct Town Staff to schedule topic(s) for discussion at a future meeting.
