east side of Gee Road, 2,200± feet north of U.S. 380. The property is zoned Planned
Development-40 (PD-40). (D08-31).

Survey, Abstract 412, Tract 35, on 6.3± acres, located on the east side of Harvest Ridge Lane,
2,500± feet south of Frontier Parkway. The property is zoned Single Family-Estate (SF-E) and

6. A public hearing to consider and act upon a final plat of Whitley Place, Phase 2A, Block H, Lots
