Consider and act upon a preliminary plat of Three Stones, Phases 1 and 2, being 678 single family residential lots, on 286.8± acres, located on the east side of Gee Road, 2,200± feet north of U.S. 380. The property is zoned Planned Development-40 (PD-40). (D11-0003). 3c. Consider and act upon a preliminary site plan for Eagles Crossing, on 9.5± acres, located on the west side of Coleman Street, 1,300± feet south of Prosper Trail. The property is zoned Commercial (C).
