4. A public hearing to consider and act upon a site plan for Prosper ISD Bus Parking Lot Addition
and a final plat of Prosper High School and Middle School Addition, Block 1, Lot 1R, being a
replat of Prosper High School and Middle School Addition, Block 1, Lot 1, on 73.8± acres,
located on the southeast corner of Coleman Street and Eagle Lane. The property is zoned Single
Family-15 (SF-15). (D12-0009).
5. A public hearing to consider and act upon a request to rezone 1.4± acres, located on the west side
of Preston Road, 1,600± feet south of Prosper Trail (787 N. Preston Road), from Commercial (C)
to Planned Development-Retail (PD-R). (Z12-0003).
6. Receive an update on items discussed by the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee.
7. Possibly direct Town Staff to schedule topic(s) for discussion at a future meeting.
8. Adjourn.
