1.0± acre, located on the southeast corner of First Street and Craig Street. The property is zoned
Planned Development-67 (PD-67). (D14-0026).
3c. Consider and act upon a final plat for Lakes of La Cima, Phase 6C, being 33 single family
residential lots on 10.6± acres, located on the west side of Coit Road, 800± feet south of First
Street. The property is zoned Planned Development-6 (PD-6). (D14-0030).
3d. Consider and act upon a final plat for Wildwood Estates, Phase 3A, being 8 single family
residential lots on 3.6± acres, located on the northeast corner of Prosper Trail and Coleman Street.
