Commission meeting.
4b. Consider and act upon a Final Plat of Frontier Estates, Phase 2, being 95 single family
residential lots, on 40.2± acres, located on the south side of Frontier Parkway, 1,000± feet
east of Preston Road. The property is zoned Planned Development-15 (PD-15). (D15-
0068).
4c. Consider and act upon a Final Plat of Prosper Lake on Preston, Phase 2, being 96 single
family residential lots, on 45.0± acres, located 900± feet north of Prosper Trail, 1,000± feet
east of Preston Road. The property is zoned Single Family-15 (SF-15). (D15-0069).
