Conduct a Public Hearing, and consider and act upon a request to rezone a portion of Planned Development-25 (PD-25) and a portion of Planned Development-39 (PD-39) to Planned Development-Single Family/Townhome (PD-SF/TH), on 584.9± acres, generally located on the north and south sides of First Street, 5,000± feet east of Coit Road, to facilitate the development of single family, townhome, and related uses (Brookhollow North). Conduct a Public Hearing, and consider and act upon a request to amend a portion of Planned Development-40-Mixed Use (PD-41-MU), on 127.3± acres, located on the northwest corner of US 380 and Dallas Parkway, to facilitate a mixed use development (Prosper West).
