Budget Work Session of the Prosper Town Council
Prosper Fire Station
1500 E. First Street, Prosper, Texas
Monday, July 21, 2008 at 6:00 p.m.
Council present included: Mayor Pro -Tem Ray Smith, Deputy Mayor Pro -Tem Kenneth Dugger, Dave
Turley, David Vestal, Meigs Miller, and Danny Wilson.
Staff present included: Mike Land, Town Manager; Dan Tolleson, Executive Director of the Economic
Development Corporation; Matthew Garrett, Finance Director; and Matthew Denton, Town Secretary.
2. Discuss the Town's FY 2008-2009 proposed budget.
Dan Tolleson, Executive Director of the Economic Development Corporation, answered questions for the
proposed Economic Development Corporation budget for council.
Mike Land, Town Manager, answered questions regarding the Administration Department's budget.
3. Adjourn
Motioned by Deputy Mayor Pro -Tem Dugger, seconded by Councilmember Turley to adjourn.
Motion approved 6-0.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:44 p.m.
