Budget Work Session of the Prosper Town Council

Monday July 17, 2006 at 6:00 p.m.
Council present included: Mayor Charles Niswanger, Mayor Pro -Tem David Bristol, Dave Turley, Kevin
Drown, Lisa Dritschler and Mike Wadsworth (arrived at 6:36 p.m.)
Staff present included: Douglas Mousel, Town Administrator and Matthew Denton, Town Secretary,
2. Discuss the Town's FY 2006-2007 proposed budget.
Doug Mousel, Town Administrator, discussed with council the proposed budget for FY 2006-2007.
Council discussed impact fees, infrastructure needs, and the possibility of selling bonds to fund the
Town's needs.
Council also discussed personnel issues and how the budget processed can be improved in the future.
3. Adjourn
Motioned by Kevin Drown, seconded by David Bristol to adjourn. Motion passed 4-0.
Meeting adjourned at 9:40 p.m.
